Patient Registration

This module handles in-patient and out- patient admission and online assigning of bed to in-patient. Out patient are directed to the respective doctors for consultation. System
provides enquiries on the patient’s discharged information, bed details and the patient’s transfer and movement within the hospital. Our module also provides the viewing of patient’s clinical information from different perspective.. In addition, appointments, reminders and address book details can also be assessed from these modules.

 
Appointment and Scheduling
Our scheduling module is designed for maximum flexibility in scheduling patient appointment as long as twelve months ahead. Able to schedule appointment dates and auto alert patients .Sorting of appointments for patients to doctors to view all appointments from anywhere in the system. Our module also helps to keep track of individual doctors’ out-patient and in-patient appointments. Besides, handling schedule of appointment for doctors , our module also provides scheduling for laboratory testing and operations.
 
Wards Module
During the patient’s stay in a hospital, he or she might be transferred from one ward to another ward. For example, an accident patient will be tracked from the Casualty ward
to Operation Theater for operations and closed observation in the ICU Ward and finally for recuperation in a normal ward. The Ward System will help to track a patient’s movement in the hospital.
 
Casualty Ward
This module enables hospital to handle medical emergencies and accidents cases. Immediate attention will be provided to patients in view of their critical nature.
 
 
Duty Roaster
This module provides a mechanism to enable hospital to optimize the allocation of human resources. Real time knowledge of the daily staff strength ( doctors, nurses and non medical staff) and allow hospital administrators to assign the required number of doctors, nurses and staffs to different departments ( ward , operations or lab ) in the hospital. With the required number people managing the department, quality of services can be assured and maintained.
 
Diet and Kitchen
This module helps to collect information on the daily diet requirement of patients and determines the required resources to prepare them. Based on the information, provided, the kitchen will be able to formulate the daily diet requirements, availability of the consumption pattern also help to manage the kitchen more efficiently.
 
Laboratory Analysis
The system provides facility for the maintenance of the patients laboratory test results and their requests for information . Information on test results covered various departments eg X-Ray, Blood Test, Ultra Sound and etc. As the whole hospital is linked with LAN, requests for these information can be assessed from various departments eg Billing, Wards, ICU and etc. This module is also integrated with other departments ie billing , Wards, Registration and etc.
 
Operation Theatre
This module deals with the operating theatre activities and procedures. Activities include pre-anesthetic check up, recording details and notes. Scheduling of the operating theatre is also maintained . Procedures of various operations and the detail records for every patient is also kept in the system.
 
Billing
Provide billing procedures for different categories of patients e.g in-patient or out patient or from panel companies. Patients bills are automatically broken down into charges for the different services incurred eg medicines supplied, wards charges, lab test , consulting fees, food and etc. The mode of payments can also be differentiated ie cash , credit card and on credit. This system is also integrated with the financial module.
 
Pharmacy
This module comprises comprehensive information of all the medical items in a hospital such as issuing purchase indents, drugs prescribe to patients, drugs returns, daily drugs movements and position , adjustment and etc. Provides instant accesses on each drugs and the total drugs daily positions.
 
Inventory Control
Medical items will be managed by the Pharmacy module and this is integrated into a full fledged inventory management system. System enables administrator to generate purchase orders requisition, receive quotations and make necessary recommendation. Built in auto alert system when stock is at reorder level and probing to replenish stock and also picking up expiry dates as and when they arise. Provides reports on suppliers purchases , accounts and statements as and when required.
 
Centralized sterilized Store Department
This module takes care of all the activities in a centralized sterilized store department. It is an automatic system and includes details of instruments going for sterilization , instruments already sterilized, instruments supplied and instruments received from operation theatres, wards or from other departments . In addition, it also designed to include procurement of items such as stitching for dressing sets, and keeping details records or the sterilization process.
 
Electronic Medical Records
All the patients’ record together with their prescription and diagnostic data are stored online and is integrated with other modules in the system. Queries and requisitions can be undertaken at the respective stations. For example, a doctor can raise a lab test order to the lab test module and requisition for the prescription of drug to the pharmacy module. As it is online, the administrator at the pharmacy and lab department can view the requests at their respective stations and serve the patients from their end. Doctors in the ICU is provided with progress charts of the patient for easy monitoring of their recovery progress. The parameter on the frequency of the charting can be tailored to the needs of individual patients so as to enable doctors to analyze information more in depth, thus assist in the decision making. Different doctors or specialists and nurses attending to the patient can enter progress notes and for easy reference to everybody.
 
Financial Accounting
All the accounting work of a hospital can be administered using this system such as account receivable , account payable , cash receipt account and etc . Daily cash flow book is also maintained for cash management of the hospital . Trial balance , balance sheet and profit and loss statement can be generated monthly and upon request to analyses the profitability of the business.
 

Payroll Management
It deals with the salary payment of the employees. It consists of the following activities:
- Employees pay calculation
- Non pay leave calculation
- Overtime calculation
- Bonus calculation
- Salary slips printing
- EPF calculation
- Calculation of doctors salary
- Many others relating payroll

This module also allowed breakdown of salary of different operations eg total salary incurred on Ward or Diet . Enabling easy analysis of the business.

 
Personnel Management
This module takes care of maintenance of the employees records for both full time and part time staff of the hospital. All the employees ‘ bio data including his or her performance are managed in this system. Leave reports and absenteeism of staffs are also maintained. Maternity and paternity leaves are maintained. Staff housing loans , if provided by the hospital is also taken care by the system.
 
Security Management
Multi level security arrangement. System can be customized based on the level of details of information required by the users. Different security level based on of seniority can be incorporated with different level of information access. In this way, the patients’ bio data security are well protected. System back up and restoring functionality can also provided by the module.
 
Fixed Assets Management
It manages fixed assets in the hospital. In a hospital , there are many fixed assests eg X-ray machine , imaging equipment , operation tools and many other state of art technology equipments. Proper maintenance management of these equipment is very important as it can be costly. Any breakdowns of these equipments have to be attended immediately as downtime is very cost. This module will allowed tracking of these equipment for purpose of preventive maintenance and offers a system to manage their fixed assets more efficiently and effectively.
 
Report Management
System can generate all sorts of reports for analysis. Reports can be generated timely for management reporting where the performance and actions need to be taken if required so that hospital is run efficiently. Timely reports is necessary for better control and management of an organization.
